Cancelation + No-Show Policy

Please note, that 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment if you are unable to give 24-hour notice you will be charged for the full amount of your appointment time or asked to forfeit any vouchers. Please contact us at 608-515-8504 if you need to reschedule your appointment.

We ask that you please stay home if you are not feeling well if you have been around anyone who is sick, or around anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19. We are happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment.

Gift Certificate Policies

Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

After one year, a post-sale fee of 20% of the value of the certificate will be applied against the remaining value. Each year thereafter, an additional 20% fee will be applied. After five years, the entire value of the gift certificate expires.

If a gift certificate is purchased under a promotion the promotional value expires 6 months from the date of purchase

If you are late to your appointment, cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, or do not show to your scheduled appointment your gift certificate with be forfeited as payment for your service(s)

Gift certificates are non-refundable

The gift certificate must be presented at the time the service is rendered.

Lost, misplaces. or stolen certificates are not refundable or replaceable.

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
